Can I start without a demo?

When you’re ready, activate your subscription from Settings with a PayFast payment. The demo stays available for anyone who prefers a walkthrough first.
How much does NissiHealth cost?
One transparent plan: R2,499/month (or R24,990/year) includes one clinician seat and every feature. Extra clinician seats are R1,099/month and extra locations R499/month — see the Pricing page for the full breakdown. Payment is handled securely by PayFast in ZAR.
What happens to our records if we stop paying?
Your records stay yours. If a subscription lapses, the practice moves to read-only mode: everything remains fully accessible to view and export, and new changes pause until you reactivate. Records are never deleted or withheld because of billing.
