If your practice runs on NissiHealth, you get a portal of your own: book visits, prepare before you arrive, and keep every document from every consult.
Book without phoning
Find a clinician by name, specialty or location — or filter to video visits only — and pick an open time yourself. Plans change? Cancel or reschedule from the portal. A short pre-visit form lets you describe your symptoms and questions before you arrive, so the visit starts on time.
Sign in with your email
No password to remember: a one-time code arrives by email each time you sign in (you can set a password if you prefer). Setting up your profile happens in short steps you can pause and finish later, and you give consent by signing electronically — with your full name, on the record.
Your records, readable
Your documents live in one place: prescriptions, sick notes, referral letters and visit summaries, each showing who signed it and when. After a visit you also get plain-language guidance written for you — drafted by AI, reviewed by your practice — and you can see what a visit cost and where the medical-aid claim stands.
See your doctor from where you are
Video visits run in your browser — no app to install. Your camera and microphone are tested before the call, you wait in a virtual waiting room until your doctor admits you, and nothing is recorded without your consent.

You choose what you agree to — recording, AI transcription, sharing with other providers — and you can withdraw a consent at any time, with the full history kept.
Download your data
Request a copy of your information as a data file or PDF, delivered as a secure link to your email.
Ask for erasure
Request deletion of your data under POPIA. Where the law requires your practice to keep clinical records, the portal tells you exactly what was retained and why.
Recordings on your terms
Consultation audio is kept only for a limited window and then purged — and you can ask for a specific recording to be erased sooner.
What patients ask first
How do patients sign in to the portal?
With their email address. Patients receive a one-time sign-in code by email — no password to remember, though they can set one if they prefer. When your practice registers a patient with an email address, a portal invitation is sent automatically.
Can my patients see their records?
Yes. NissiHealth includes a patient portal: patients can view their visit summaries, prescriptions and documents, complete intake forms before they arrive, and book in-person or virtual appointments. Access is protected by one-time-PIN login, and patients manage their own privacy consents.
Is my patient data secure?
Yes. Patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit, every practice’s data is isolated from every other practice’s, and all access is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail with role-based access controls. NissiHealth is built for POPIA compliance, and records are stored in open healthcare standards so they stay portable. The technical specifics are set out in our Privacy Policy.
